AN AI IMPLEMENTATION INTENSIVE FOR REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVES & BROKERS
You can explain AI.
Where could it help you earn more?
Put ChatGPT to work where it matters.
HowBrokersAI is a five-week AI implementation intensive for real estate brokers and executives. Five one-on-one sessions. Three working integrations connected to the tools you use by the Virtual Results programming team. A competency assessment you have to pass.
I'm opening the first seats to people who've supported Virtual Results. You get first choice and founder pricing; founder pricing is shown below.
RyanWHAT GETS BUILT
9+ integrations and growing in our quiver.
Which three could best help you earn more money?
Your diagnosis identifies the three with the strongest potential to improve your work and earning opportunities. Virtual Results connects the tools, writes the missing pieces, and tests them in your environment. You practice until they're yours.
- Inbox triageYour morning email arrives sorted: needs you, needs a reply you approve, handled.
- Meeting → decision briefTurn a meeting transcript into commitments, owners, dates, and follow-ups for your review.
- Morning briefCalendar, open promises, and yesterday's numbers in one page before you open anything.
- Follow-up draftsThe note you keep meaning to send, drafted in your voice from what actually happened.
- A CRM you talk to“When did I last speak with Richard?” “Put the Nguyens on the listing plan.” Updates for you to review.
- Ask the marketAvailable local stats answered in plain English, ready to drop into a conversation or a report.
- Contract X-rayWhat's unusual, what's missing, and what's yours to decide, to help focus your review.
- Proposal draftsListing and recruiting proposals assembled from your past wins, your numbers, your format.
- Retention radarWhich agents have gone quiet, and a prepared reason to call each one.

THE LEADERSHIP WORK STARTS HERE
You can describe the future.
Have you put it to work yourself?
Your people look to you for direction. You can explain the opportunity, but your inbox still runs the day. It is hard to ask everyone else to reorganize their work around a change you haven't made in your own.
A vendor's next product looks like the way out. Buy it, roll it out, tell the team to use it. The software may be useful. It still leaves the question of how the work should change, and everyone has access to the same software. Access is not the advantage. Knowing what to ask for is.
You already know how to run a business. What you need is the experience of trying an idea on your own work, recognizing a useful result, and knowing what deserves checking. That comes from doing it, with someone who won't let you stop at the first draft.
Think personal trainer. Knowing about push-ups was never the problem. Ryan challenges the routines you've stopped questioning; the Virtual Results programming team builds what you decide. You do the work until it's yours.
ONE INTEGRATION, UP CLOSE
The meeting ends.
The work can move forward.
A transcript saves you from taking notes. That's the small win. The bigger one is everything that used to happen after.
- Transcript lands in your assistant's inbox, gets forwarded, gets filed.
- Someone turns the summary into client and internal follow-ups.
- Before the next meeting: find it all again and reconstruct what was promised.
Better notes. Same relay race. And now one more app to manage.
“What needs my attention?”
Start with the answer.
- The conversation joins your AI knowledge base. Filed automatically, linked to the recording. Ask ChatGPT what was agreed and how it differs from last time.
- You get a short decision brief. Commitments, owners, and dates checked against the transcript. Conflicts and open questions rise to the top.
- You confirm what matters. “Did you promise Friday?” “Who owns this?” Ambiguity gets resolved before it becomes someone's assignment.
- Your decisions carry the work forward. Follow-ups, assignments, and reminders are prepared together. You approve; the connected tools send.
- The next meeting arrives with its memory intact. The calendar event carries the brief, the progress, and the open questions.
You review, correct, and approve. Nothing goes out without you. Unknown progress stays marked unknown.
You came for better notes.
You leave with less work after the meeting.
Illustrative target workflow, not a claim about an existing installation. Your tools, permissions, and agreed scope determine what we connect.FIVE WEEKS. DIAGNOSE, BUILD, PRACTICE, DEMONSTRATE.
Fair warning: this will ask a lot of you.
You will show unfinished work, have comfortable assumptions challenged, and practice when the old way feels easier. If that's what you were hoping someone would finally demand of you, you understand the offer.
| Week | What happens | What you leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1Diagnosis | Camera on, screen shared, your actual work in view. We find the bottlenecks, the workarounds, and the “necessary” steps you've stopped questioning. | Your implementation plan for Weeks 2–5, delivered before Week 2. |
| 2Build | Build and test the first agreed integration using your real work. | Integration #1 live · lab #1 |
| 3Practice | Use it daily. Notice where the old habit pulls you back. Virtual Results fixes what breaks. | Habit forming · lab #2 |
| 4Test & add | Demonstrate #1 without help. Compare your self-assessment with the evidence. Second integration goes in. | Integration #2 live · lab #3 |
| 5Demonstrate & keep | Third integration goes in. Competency assessment on all three. We launch your private reference site and walk through it. | Integration #3 live · reference site · certificate assessment |
A lab is required homework in your own environment: about 30 minutes a day, five days a week, spread across the week. Submit the work, explain what you checked, bring back what failed.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Three things that outlast the five weeks.
Three working integrations
Built into your tools, tested in your environment, used daily for weeks before we let go. Not a demo. Not a prompt library.
Your private reference site
Your instructions, your software list, worked examples from your own work, recovery steps, and next priorities. Open it at your desk when you forget a step.
A certificate you have to earn
Earned by demonstrating competence, not by attending. Show that you can use your integrations independently, check their output, and recognize their limits. Attendance alone does not qualify.
RYAN ROCKWOOD · PRESIDENT, VIRTUAL RESULTS
Someone who takes your goal as seriously as you do.
Ryan started as a real estate agent and has spent more than 20 years in real estate technology and marketing. He knows the business well enough to question the routines that consume your time, and he will call you on your bullshit. It's part of what you're buying. The Virtual Results programming team turns the ideas into working integrations.
FOUNDER COHORT · NOVEMBER 2 OR NOVEMBER 16
Choose your start date.
Fifteen seats per start date. Early commitment earns our largest founder discounts. The amount shown is your discounted, one-time price for the full individual program.
Every seat is the same program: a diagnosis, four one-on-one sessions, labs, assessment, three integrations, a reference site, and a certificate assessment. The founder discount applies to the full program.
Buying for your team? Add seats. They're priced in order, same as everyone else, and each person gets the full individual program. Your participants can be named after enrollment; a seat is assigned when its participant books their first session.
Invitation-only. Your invitation and your seats are non-transferable and can't be forwarded or resold.
The practical details.
What is HowBrokersAI, and who is it for?
HowBrokersAI is a five-week, one-on-one AI implementation intensive from Virtual Results for real estate brokers and executives. It starts with a diagnosis of your actual work, then builds three agreed integrations around your existing tools. This founder cohort is invitation-only.
How does enrollment and payment work?
Enter your contact details and the number of seats, then choose “Charge my card on file” or “Send me a payment link.” Submitting marks those seats taken and sends your request to support as a ticket. Support handles payment and confirmation manually; this website does not charge your card.
What's included?
A diagnostic week and tailored plan, four one-on-one working sessions with Ryan, required labs with feedback and assessment, three integrations built and tested by Virtual Results programming, and a private reference site. The work is your day-to-day tasks; a new CRM, a custom application, or a company-wide rollout is a separate engagement.
What technology do I need?
- A modern computer, webcam, microphone, and reliable internet. Built-in is fine.
- A paid Claude account or a paid ChatGPT account with Codex access. Choose either; we customize the program to the assistant you use. Your subscription is separate from your seat.
How is the certificate earned?
Completed labs qualify you for assessment in Week 5. This is a competency credential, not a vanity certificate or a certificate of attendance or completion. You must complete the required lab work and demonstrate mastery: independent use of your integrations, sound checking, and an understanding of their limits. Completing the program does not guarantee a certificate. The instructor alone determines whether you have earned the certificate. That decision is final and is not subject to appeal.
Timing and cancellation
Choose November 2–December 6 or November 16–December 20, 2026. Your first week is diagnostic week, followed by four weeks of individually booked working sessions. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. If life intervenes, talk to Ryan.
Can I buy seats for my team?
Yes. Seats are priced in order on the same ladder, and each person gets the full individual program. Seats don't need names at enrollment; each is assigned when its participant books their first session, before the cohort starts your selected start date.
